Hello, I’m an experienced therapist with a passion for helping young adults and older individuals navigate life’s challenges. My areas of expertise include family conflict, self-esteem issues, stress management, and trauma recovery. As someone who identifies as Muslim, I also have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds including LBGTQIA+ and body positive groups.
